Bethany Orr-Robertson

Volunteer & Enrichment Manager

Bethany joins the Found Village team with over a decade of experience in the non-profit and education sectors. She graduated with an education degree from Miami University and has pursued opportunities to serve and elevate young people on the margins throughout her career. Her goal is to create lasting change in the world and help others do the same.

Bethany believes that the best work we get to do is in and through others, and that belief has led to a passion for working with volunteers. When it comes to making a difference, everyone gets to play, and everyone has something to offer. That guiding belief extends to community partners who are passionate about making their city a great place to live, work, and play. From leading large teams in dynamic environments to working intently with one person at a time, Bethany loves helping people find their fit and use their gifts and passions to invest in young people.

Outside work, Bethany spends time with her husband, five kids, and gaggle of chickens in College Hill. You can usually find her baking fresh bread, reading a great book, or going for a hike, always with a hot cup of coffee at hand.
