Taisha Rojas-Parker

Director of Program Services

Taisha is a servant leader who has spent the last 15 years coaching and leading teams to make a difference in the Greater Cincinnati area. She has worked in healthcare, non-profit, and higher education industries throughout her career. In developing individuals to be high performing teams, she has been able to achieve strategic and operational goals as a collective, providing a voice for those most proximate to the work. She is a big picture thinker which has allowed her to develop new programs and enhance the services of existing programs. As a collaborator, Taisha has found success in bringing various key stakeholders to the table to develop the most effective and impactful solutions. Taisha has a Master of Science in Executive Leadership and Organizational Change from Northern Kentucky University. She is well versed in strategic planning, program development, team development and non-profit operations. Taisha has also spent time working in the racial reconciliation space and serves as a facilitator for a Cincinnati based program called Undivided.

Taisha has been married to her best friend for almost 15 years and has two children. Her top character strengths are spirituality, leadership, and a love of learning. Taisha grew up in Harlem, NY during the crack/cocaine epidemic and witnessed firsthand how community and families alike are devasted by this epidemic. She has always had a heart for helping young people and has served as a surrogate big sister, aunt, or mother figure to many throughout her journey. She enjoys connecting with people at a deeper level and learn about their lived experiences and how it has shaped and molded one’s mindset. Taisha has been trained as a professional coach, completing an intensive 15-month core essentials program through Coach U.

As the Director of Program Services, Taisha will have the opportunity to lead our strategic efforts to develop an effective and impactful service delivery model that will allow Found Village to expand and enhance services to our targeted youth. She is excited about the opportunity to reach and empower more of the young people who need it most in the Greater Cincinnati area.
