Teresa Martin is a proud graduate of Wright State University, Class of 2001, where she earned a dual major in Human Resources and Financial Services. As a Division I soccer athlete, she contributed to three conference championships, demonstrating leadership, discipline, and a deep commitment to teamwork.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Teresa has also lived in Columbus, San Diego, and Los Angeles. These experiences broadened her perspective and continue to shape how she shows up in both her personal and professional life.
Her career spans banking, customer service, insurance, and risk management, providing a strong foundation in operations, strategic problem-solving, and relationship building. Across roles, she has led with integrity, navigated complexity, and built trust across teams and organizations.
After a purposeful career transition, Teresa now works in the nonprofit sector in partnership with young people and community leaders. This chapter of her work is grounded in relationship, shared responsibility, and belief in the power of community.
